Changes Are Coming/Spoilers & Specs? - The Young and the Restless

SPOILERS: Okay, so Tessa and Mariah will be discussing Jordan and the increased security at the Newman Ranch.

They will decide it’s time to move off the property (should not have been there in the first place, IMO) and get their own house!

My take aways from this is that if Tessa and Mariah know, from being told or seeing it on the news, that means that Summer, Abby, Billy, Noah, and Faith know about Claire as well!!

Yet they don’t show any of them reacting to the news, or even talking about it!!

Of all people to show discussing Jordan/Claire the show picks Mariah and Tessa??!! WHAT THE WHAT, IS THAT ABOUT?!!

SPECS: Tariah moves out, and Summer moves in!! That is the only reason I can see that These two would be the 1st to mention the whole Jordan fiasco! Summer needs to get out of that hotel, and Harrison needs a place to run around and get to know more of her side of the family!! The house Tariah currently occupies is where Summer grew up, and it’s a great size for her and Harrison (and eventually Chance). I said what I said!

Since Claire is going to be at Newman Ranch and Summer and Harrison will be at the gatehouse, Summer will allow Claire to watch Harrison (eventually). Kyle won’t like this one bit, especially if Chance moves in😁

Spoilers: Nick attempts to comfort Phyllis. Phyllis responds by kissing Nick!!

Specs: Phyllis and Nick hook up, vyt they are already doomed because Sharon is the love of his life and because the Summer/Billy secret will come up and bite Phyllis in the butt. (DCFM)

mariah and tessa aren’t newmans as they said today, mariah was bang on about that one. they probably would have been thrown off the ranch anyways. I am thinking the tackhouse is more for victoria/claire.

Definitely not Newmans and should never have been there anyway, IMO. You have a good point about Claire and Victoria taking over that house, though.

I thought it was so ridiculous for Mariah/Tessa to move to the Newman property and I found it impossible to believe that Victor would ever offer it to them. I agree that it makes sense for Victoria and Claire to move in since Victoria’s home was destroyed.

I didn’t find it impossible since at one time phyllis and daniel lived there too. mariah was right, they aren’t newmans and if you aren’t a newman you are beneath all of them.

I don’t remember Phyllis and Daniel living there. But I would find that ridiculous as well. Why did they live on Newman property? Mariah spoke the truth.

I forget but victor offered the place to her, he then kicked her out when the accident with cassie happened.

I guess Victor kicked her out because he blamed Daniel for her death? I don’t see Victor ever caring about his grandchildren.

no she was not involved with nick, I am forgetting exactly why she moved there I think it was because she had no place to live. daniel was with her and then later victor kicked her out.

I found this in their history, thought maybe I was dreaming, lol. she was with damon at this time.

Unable to find a suitable apartment, Phyllis and Daniel accepted Victor’s offer to live in Victoria Newman’s house on the Newman Ranch. Damon nicknamed Daniel “Slick”, and Daniel resented him.

Phyllis lived in the tack house when she was married to Nick. They lived there with Summer. I remember Phyllis making the Thanksgiving turkey and Summer stuffed it with crayons.

What a downgrade for Victoria. The tackhouse is quaint compared to her home. I suppose we are going from job shuffling to home shuffling now.

That will probably be only until Victoria can rebuild her home! I remember when Billy, as played by the brilliant Billy Miller, found the home for Victoria as the near replica for the “Father Knows Best” one of their favourite OLD TV shows….
