Foo Fighters, Billy Idol, Iggy Pop To Headline Cal Jam 18

SAN BERNARDINO (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation announced the lineup for the second year of its Cal Jam Festival, when it returns to Glen Helen Regional Park and Amphitheater in San Bernardino, CA from October 5-6, 2018.

Headliners for the rock-focused fest this year include Foo Fighters, who are also serving as musical curators for the event’ss four stages and 20 bands over the two days of the festival.

The announced lineup so far:

Friday, Oct. 5th
Billy Idol, Bridget Everett, Mexrrissey and more TBA.

Saturday, Oct. 6th
Foo Fighters, Iggy Pop with Post Pop Depression, Tenacious D, Garbage, Greta Van Fleet, Silversun Pickups, Manchester Orchestra, The Front Bottoms, Black Mountain, Deer Tick, Gang Of Youths, Slaves (UK), Giant In The Trees, Metz, Yungblud, Thunderpussy, Anna Von Hausswolff, Fea, Kingfish with additional artists TBA.

In addition to the music, the festival also offers camping, midnight movies, and new this year, a dedicated comedy stage on Friday night, curated by comedian Tim Hanlon (aka Dave’s cousin).

The festival will also feature a Rock-N-Roll museum, pop-up record shop, curated food trucks, traditional festival food, and a hillside full of what organizers describe as “flappy guys” which we can only assume are those nightmarish flapping arm fellows most often associated with used car lots.

Tickets to the festival will set you back $99 for a one-day general admission pass. This year, Saturday ticket holders have the option to buy a Friday night ticket for $30 (plus taxes and fees). All camping packages include free entrance to the Friday night Party. Tickets and camping packages go on sale this Thursday, May 17th at 10AM PST.
