Jason is the shooter - General Hospital

Who knows the in and out of the island better than Jason? When Sonny and Brick came to that conclusion, I immediately thought of a once again brain washed Jason programmed to take out mob bosses. Now I wonder who is pulling the strings?

I made the same prediction but I hope we are wrong. Jason brainwashed again will be just beyond absurd. And I don’t want Jason and Sonny to be enemies.

I read a spoiler that said this, too. Of course, spoilers have been wrong before. If Jason comes back as an enemy of Sonny’s, and has to go face to face with Dex, who turns out to be his son…well, isn’t that just soapy!? It will be like early Sonny/Dante all over again. Another thought I had… what about Morgan? He certainly knows the island. I am, however, sick of “brainwashed” storylines.

Yeah, I was thinking Jason too. I don’t know why he’d shoot at Sonny unless he was brainwashed or programmed.

I prefer Jason and Sonny as friends/family, but enemies would definitely be soapy…

Hopefully, someone interesting that has ties to PC is calling the shots. Pun intended.

I don’t want another brain wash either. I just can’t think of anyone else with the type of knowledge they said the shooter had not even Morgan who was a child when he was sent to the island.

SB said Jason doesn’t appear on screen until March. The first week in March, around the 3rd, if I remember correctly. Not interested in his return so didn’t pay much attention to the date. Just felt like thanks for the warning. lol Based on him a March screen date we have another month of who’s trying to shoot Sonny.

Ava was not with Sonny when he was shot at when he was at the MC pool. Now he is being shot at in his private place on his island. Are there two separate masterminds behind the shootings or one? The shooters may be different people, but the one calling the shots is not. The other puzzle here is who killed Austin and sent Ava the note, picture and placed the gun in her drawer? Are these events connected through one person?

I think Jason is being held against his will. “They” are threatening someone if he doesn’t cooperate. Maybe Sam & Danny? If Jason doesn’t have a memory, he wouldn’t remember Sonny’s compound. As I said elsewhere, Jason has had so much brain damage that he has to be on his last cell.

Based on the today’s previews, the real Stephen A. Smith will appear on GH today instead of the smooth and calm talking Brick. For those who have not seen him talking about sports, he gets very loud and agitated and that is what I think we will see today when he is accused of being the shooter. I was confused by yesterday’s episode, will it be Dante and the PCPD that will be questioning Sonny’s staff or Sonny himself? Dante said “we will do the questioning” but I was not sure what he meant by that.

Good point about Ava not being with Sonny the first time. The only connection I know of is the gun that was given to Ava was from the same batch as the gun that shot Curtis.

Please no more Story Lines that involve brainwashing, amnesia, or held hostage. So what’s left? Jason is being blackmailed into being the shooter to protect someone? That’s why the shooter keeps missing?

I’m starting think the main reason the writers came up with the original shooting was to give Curtis and Portia some drama and way to bring them back together and they have been scrambling ever since to figure out who the shooter should be and why they did it.

If Jason gets put into this story at this point, it tells me they are either doing a major rewrite or they’ve been stringing the story out so long because they haven’t had any idea what to do with it until now.

Does anyone remember if it was said how long the guns have been missing from the WSB? They went missing while being shipped in London, if I remember correctly. But how long ago was that? Was Brennan in charge of the shipment? Could that prison warren that got the out of state promotion be involved in this somehow? Could it be Ms. Wu who is really after Sonny’s territory? Whoever it is is a terrible shot. Could Dex be working inside Sonny’s organization feeding whoever is after him? How Ava fits in is a mystery. Do these shootings connect to Cyrus somehow?
