Bold & Beautiful's Matthew Atkinson's First Wedding Dance With Wife

Last week, we delivered the special news that The Bold and the Beautiful’s Matthew Atkinson (Thomas) was officially a married man and gave our readers a peek inside his outdoor wedding, where he made longtime girlfriend Brytnee Ratledge his bride. While looking through those pics, a few familiar faces from the CBS soap were spotted in attendance and now one in particular recently gave fans an inside look into the couple’s reception — more to the point, their very first dance.

“The moment that gave us ‘all the feels’ was when Brytnee and Matthew stepped out for their first dance as husband and wife,” announced the show’s supervising producer, Casey Kasprzyk. “The room overflowed with love making everyone feel so very blessed. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Atkinson.”

The dance took place to NEEDTOBREATHE’s hit “Fall On Me,” featuring Carly Pearce, as the couple danced ever so closely, staring into each other eyes. The video panned to the room around them as many guests captured the moment on their phones. Atkinson’s castmate Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke) and Kasprzyk waved to the camera, as Ashley Jones (Bridget) winked and Scott Clifton (Liam) did as well.

Of the magical event, Lang shared, “The wedding was beautiful and the evening was so fun!” as Jones chimed in, “Gorgeous. Perfect night,” and the new bride added, “Hellooo! This video is absolutely beautiful, and that ‘will’ do fig. We’re honored you were there to celebrate with us.”
