After rethinking it all, I changed my mind on somethings.
My clearer guess or SPECULATION is, Claire is being held in the room where Jorden lured Victor to. Nick used a stung gun on her. They locked up Jorden in there. Victoria remembers using the keys to open the door when her, Niki n Claire went there to talk to Claire.
JORDEN had Claire’s phone to make text messages to make all think it was coming from Claire after She took Harrison n Claire. MY thoughts and theory of speculation are; since the call to Victoria was from an unknown caller, Claire found Jorden’s phone hidden in that place where Jorden was held! We know Jorden hid the poison in there. Why couldn’t Jorden hid her phone or dropped it in there. Claire wakes up finds the phone …PROABLY a low battery …for sure, phone had a bad reception !! OR Cole dropped or left a phone in there for Claire…yes, I think Cole was Jorden’s accompliance. HE could’ve went back there n left a phone for Claire SINCE HE thinks n doesn’t know Jorden is still alive… He thinks he is in the clear n now will accept Claire as his daughter as where I still feel the DNA REPORT he received “by phone n no onelse saw that report”
stated differently n was only linked to Niki when Claire was brushing Niki’s hair at Jorden’s house! That’s my theory! ANYONE, have a better idea??

I think that you are correct regarding Claire finding Jordan’s phone. That’s why the call she made to Victoria was very difficult to hear. But I don’t think that Cole is working with Jordan. Claire may turn out to not be his daughter but I don’t think that Cole is working with Jordan. I think that he doesn’t like Jordan just like the others.

When we first found out that Claire was not with Jordan and Harrison, my gut told me that she was locked in that basement where she was going to lock Victor.

When Victoria saw the keys, I think those keys were the ones that Victor had handed over to Nikki for the basement room and that’s how Victoria recognized them.

Agree! Victor will never be dealt with by local police. It’s time for FBI to get him . Maybe a young ( under 40yrs agent) can come in and grab him. Too many years and dirty deeds, lock him up

I like your suggestion about an agent under forty, maybe mid thirties to forties. Of course, he should be very attractive and tough enough to handle eighty plus year old Victor.
